Coaching Services and Appointments

Payments for coaching sessions, consultations, and other personal development services are subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase. Please review those terms before completing your booking.

A cancellation or refund is not automatically guaranteed when a customer misses an appointment or cancels outside the stated cancellation period. Contact us to discuss concerns about a booking or payment.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by NaiYair.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered, eligible returns must be requested within the return window displayed in our store. Unless otherwise stated, the return window begins when the item is delivered.
